Rachel's Applesauce Cake

I finally got a chance to try Rachel's (conflower blue studios) Recipe for applesauce cake. It turned out more bread-like than like a cake but, no complaints from me! I added walnuts and chopped apples so that probably contributed to the bread-yness. Super simple vegan cake that's not too sweet. I used my peace cake mold that the hubs bought for me to make hippie bread in. (wink)
